Valentine Terrier

Valentine Terrier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Business Development for Hunteed. From January to July 2019, they served as a Juriste for Anaxago, an investment company. During their time at Anaxago, Valentine was responsible for making new types of assets accessible to private and institutional investors. Since October 2019, they have been working at Botmind. They began as a Manager of Customer Success before being promoted to Head of Customer Success in October 2020. At Botmind, Valentine's role involves integrating AI into live chat tools to improve customer satisfaction while reducing costs for customer service.

Valentine Terrier obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Management stratégique et entrepreneuriat from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2020. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Valentine Terrier pursued another Master 2 (M2) degree in Contrat et Responsabilité from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.

In 2017, Valentine Terrier completed a Master's degree in Droit des affaires from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before that, in 2016, Valentine Terrier studied at the City University of Hong Kong, where they received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a one-year exchange program focusing on Droit.

Valentine Terrier started their undergraduate studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2014 and obtained a Licence degree in Droit. Prior to entering university, Valentine Terrier completed their Baccalauréat scientifique at Lycée Chaptal in an undisclosed year.

In addition to their academic degrees, Valentine Terrier also holds two certifications. They obtained a TOEIC certification with a score of 920 from ETS Global in July 2017, and an IELTS Academic certification with a score of 7.0 from the British Council in October 2015.
