Roman Bisták began their career in 2012 as a Copywriter for topazin.sk. In 2015, they joined Brichta & Partners as a Paralegal. Two years later, they took on a Server role at Guaymas Restaurant. In 2019, they joined Dagital Legal - Privacy & Technology Law Firm as a Paralegal. In 2021, they were hired by BOTS as a Junior Legal Counsel, and was later promoted to Legal Counsel.
Roman Bisták's education history includes attending Gymnázium Partizánske from 2009 to 2013, followed by Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2013 to 2018. Roman then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Law at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, which they are currently in the process of completing.
