Thabiso Mashaba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles and initiatives focused on social impact and innovation. Currently serving as an International Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship since November 2020, Thabiso also holds the position of Lead Project Coordinator at Slash For Cash, which focuses on sustainable biomass solutions. As a Co-Founder and CEO of These Hands GSSE, Thabiso is dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods of rural communities in developing nations. Additional leadership includes roles as Board Chairperson of the Youth Social Advocacy Team, Project Coordinator for the IDIN-SADC Consortium, and contributions to creative industries and educational initiatives as Chairperson of the Creative Industries Sector Committee and Advisory Board Member at the Botswana International University of Science & Technology. Thabiso's recognition includes being a Falling Walls Engage 2022 Winner and serving as Vice Chairperson for UNESCO-NATCOM’s Communication and Information Programme Committee. Thabiso completed a Global Masters in Development Practice from the University of Botswana in 2015.
