Kaone Mokotedi has been with Botswana Life since August 2018, currently serving as a Relationship Manager for Brokers, where exceptional portfolio performance is driven through the management of sales activities and support for Corporate Agencies and Brokers to achieve income budgets. Previous roles at Botswana Life include Premium Administrator, responsible for the collection and management of monthly premium billing, and Service Consultant, where an average of 400 client inquiries were handled weekly with a significant reduction in response time and high success rate in query resolution. Kaone also has experience as a Project Trainee in Anti Money Laundering, managing KYC submissions and records. Prior to Botswana Life, Kaone completed an internship at Botswana Accountancy College. Educational background includes a B.Sc. in Applied Business Computing from the University of Sunderland.
