Latelang Chakalisa

Latelang Chakalisa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary at Botswana Oil Limited since September 2016, Latelang previously held the position of Corporate Affairs Manager at Botswana Stock Exchange, where responsibilities included legal risk management, regulation of listed entities, and compliance.
