Matong Danny Matong

Matong Danny Matong has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Air Botswana since July 2018. Matong has held significant roles at Botswana Power Corporation since May 2011, including Manager Organisation Development and acting General Manager HR. Previous experience includes serving as the Organisational Development and Capacity Building Advisor for Research Triangle Institute under USAID/Botswana from July 2010 to June 2011 and as Programmes Manager at the Global Fund (GFATM)/BONASO from December 2004 to December 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Botswana, professional certificates from the Institute of Development Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, majoring in Economics and Demography from the University of Botswana.
