R. Andrew Yates

R. Andrew Yates has extensive experience in public affairs, broadcasting, and music leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Affairs at Bott Radio Network since September 2014, R. Andrew Yates engages with community leaders and listeners across a network of over 100 radio stations. Previous roles include News Anchor/Reporter at Entercom Kansas City/KMBZ, where R. Andrew Yates prepared and broadcasted newscasts, and Interim Director of Worship and Arts at Colonial Presbyterian Church, overseeing choir operations and special music arrangements. Other notable experiences encompass executive production for the Kansas City Royals Radio Network, as well as multiple roles in music direction and office management. R. Andrew Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from MidAmerica Nazarene University and has pursued studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
