Previously, Joe Leung held roles such as Regional L&D Manager at Al-Futtaim, where responsibilities included driving leadership development programs and managing change initiatives, and Learning & Development Manager at Marks and Spencer, overseeing comprehensive L&D initiatives. Joe Leung began a career in training and development at Hong Kong Property and Luk Fook Holdings, focusing on training needs analysis and program design. Joe Leung holds a degree in Cognitive Science from The University of Hong Kong.
