Silvia Massa

Silvia Massa has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Silvia began their career at Sergio Rossi in 2005 as a European Retail HR Manager and later became a Worldwide HR Associate. In 2011, they transitioned to Bottega Veneta and worked their way up through various HR positions within the company including HR Manager Europe, EMEA HR Director, and HR Director Corporate Functions. Currently, they hold the role of Global Talent Development and Learning Director at Bottega Veneta, starting in 2024.

Silvia Massa obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Organization Sciences from the University of Turin.
