Matthew Vogel

Matthew Vogel is an experienced executive with a diverse background in venture capital, private equity, and charitable initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at Healixa since August 2023, Vogel is also the Founder and CEO of Innovative Venture Partners, LLC, established in January 2009, which focuses on connecting companies with investors and strategic counsel to drive growth. Additionally, since 2017, Vogel has held the positions of Chairman and CEO at Aware Project, LLC, the world's first charitable platform promoting kindness through social media. In 2011, Vogel founded Maxicom Capital Partners, LLC, as Chairman, leading the first referral-based network marketing platform aimed at enhancing commercial business transactions globally. Additionally, since January 2009, Vogel has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CCP Solutions, LLC, a leading independent office equipment dealer in the tri-state area.
