Caitlin Reardon has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their roles at DiMella Shaffer as a Staff Architect from 2006 to 2013 and Fort Hill Architecture as a Staff Architect/Designer from 2013 to 2014. Caitlin then moved on to Dore & Whittier Architects where they worked as a Designer from 2014 to 2017. Following that, Caitlin joined Circulation and held positions as a UX/UI Designer from 2017 to 2018, Lead UX/UI Designer from 2018 to 2019, and finally Director of UX/UI from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Bottomline Technologies, where they have held positions as a User Experience Designer since 2020, Senior User Experience Designer from 2022 to 2022, and currently serves as the Lead UX Designer.
Caitlin Reardon attended the UX Design Immersive Program at General Assembly. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 2005.
