Joseph KORTBAWI is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, software quality assurance, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Scrum Master & Head of QA at Bottomline Technologies, Joseph facilitates software releases and manages a QA team while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Europtima, Joseph led digital infrastructure improvements and transformation initiatives. Joseph's early career includes leadership roles such as Managing Director at Telabuild, where growth was achieved from 2 to 15 employees, and managing diverse teams at Sky Telecom Group and HTTV, where Joseph played critical roles in project management, user interface design, and software development. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Network and Communication Engineering from Polytech Grenoble.
