The early career includes roles as a Lead Educator at various international kindergartens and multiple positions at Randstad Canada, including Talent Manager and Onboarding Specialist. ShayLynn's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University, a Bachelor of Education from Tampere University, and a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management from George Brown College.
