Lilly Nilsson

Lilly Nilsson has extensive experience in the retail food service sector, currently serving as a Retail Store Manager at Costa Coffee since February 2012. In various managerial roles, including Store Manager and Assistant Manager, Lilly has been responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff schedules, conducting health and safety checks, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Lilly has also contributed to new store openings and has developed staff training programs. In addition, Lilly is the Managing Director of LN Translations, reflecting a personal connection to Albanian heritage. Educational qualifications include a degree in Food & Tourism from Vasil Shanto and studies at Tirana Business University College.
