Abdulaziz al-Roomi

Abdulaziz Al-Roomi, MBA, CIPD, GPHR, currently serves as an Ambassador for HRCI and holds the position of Assistant General Manager - Head of Learning & Talent at Boubyan Bank, having progressed from Executive Manager within the same department. As an author, Abdulaziz published "HR Hustler," a guide for HR professionals aimed at redefining HR's strategic role. In addition to his writing, Abdulaziz contributes as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and engages in thought leadership with the Forbes Coaches Council. Abdulaziz is the Founder & CEO of Global Legacy Consulting and Training, and operates as an Executive Leadership & Team Coach through Global Coach Group and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Previous roles include Chief Human Resource Officer at ABYAT, where significant improvements in HR efficiency and strategic talent development were achieved. Abdulaziz holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
