Nikolai Belstein

Nikolai Belstein is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Boubyan Bank, Nikolai has previously held significant positions such as Chief Executive Officer at CYBERS and Global Head of Cyber Defence Centre at Danske Bank. Additional roles at Danske Bank include Head of IT Infrastructure Security and Head of IT Infrastructure department. Nikolai’s technical expertise is further complemented by experience as a Cisco CCNA training instructor at IT college and as a Senior Network Administrator at STV AS. Nikolai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Programming from IT College and completed secondary education in Mathematics at Tallinn Tõnismäe Real School.
