Joe Leonard is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently, Joe serves as the Finance Manager at Boucher Automotive Group since January 2019. Joe's entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by ownership of Leonard Collectables since January 2003. Previous roles include Finance Director at Racine Hyundai and Monster Powersports, as well as Finance Manager at St. Charles Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. With extensive experience as Finance Director at multiple dealerships, Joe has consistently focused on customer satisfaction, profitability, and maintaining high customer service indices. Joe's educational foundation was laid at Western Illinois University from 1985 to 1990.
