David (Dave) Reynolds has over two decades of experience in the construction and operations industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Boudreau Pipeline since March 2005, David has previously held the position of Estimator/Project Manager at Elite Bobcat Service from 2002 to 2005 and at All American Asphalt from 1997 to 2002. David's educational background includes studies at Pasadena City College.
