Brandon Haugh

Brandon joined Boulay in 2009 and was named partner in 2022. With more than 13 years of public accounting experience, he provides attestation and accounting services to clients in a range of industries, including broker dealers, real estate, construction, professional services, manufacturing and distribution. He plans, conducts and leads audits and other financial reporting engagements for both public and private companies. Brandon reviews and analyzes companies’ internal controls and provides recommendations to strengthen these controls, and he prepares financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Brandon also focuses on providing transaction services to search fund, private equity, family investment office, corporate and individual clients. He works with his clients to provide critical transaction insights to make informed investment decisions and analyzes business operations to make recommendations for enhancing overall business performance.
