Clay Brownlee

Clay Brownlee, CPA, has served as a Partner and Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at Boulay since January 2016. Prior to this, Clay worked as a Bookkeeper at Grand Avenue Veterinary Center from 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included payroll, general bookkeeping, tracking vacation and continued education, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, Clay held the position of Student Supervisor at the University of Minnesota from June 2012 to December 2014, overseeing student employees in data entry and record keeping, and assisting management with budgeting and various projects. Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota, completing the Accounting degree in 2015.
