Robert Hahn

Bob joined Boulay as a partner in 2007 and currently oversees the firm’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) practice and leads the Quality Review department. As the partner in-charge of the technical audit and accounting practice, he is Boulay’s resource for the research of technical issues involving complex accounting, auditing, and all Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC matters. Bob provides audit and accounting services to clients in a wide diversity of industries, and he is the SOC engagement partner for all firm SOC 1 and 2 engagements. He also guides the firm’s Peer Review and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board programs. Prior to joining Boulay, Bob served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded company and a regional retailer. He also spent nine years with a big four public accounting firm and has managed many corporate transactions including IPOs, mergers & acquisitions and divestitures.
