Meena Narayanan

Meena Narayanan serves as the Vice President of People at Boulder Care since August 2024, focusing on telehealth addiction treatment. Previously, Meena held various leadership roles, including People & Total Rewards leader at Teladoc Health, where responsibilities included talent management and employee engagement from November 2020 to May 2024. At Livongo, from January 2017 to November 2020, Meena was instrumental in founding the HR leadership team and successfully led the company through its IPO. Earlier experiences include roles at Cypress Semiconductor as a Differentiated Workforce Leader, North America HR Head at Tavant Technologies, and Human Resources Manager at Serene Corporation. Meena has an MBA in Human Resources from SIMSR and a PHR certification from HRCI, complemented by an education from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
