Armando Guardiola

Armando Guardiola, MSA, is the Director of Administration and Finance for Boulder County Public Health, where they oversee various administrative and financial functions including budget management and contract management. Prior to this role, Armando served as Deputy Finance Director and Chief Innovation Officer at Commerce City, leading strategic initiatives and process improvements. Armando also has experience as an Accounting Instructor at Colorado Technical University and as the Director of Student Finance at Westwood College. They earned a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Regis University.
