Meca Delgado

Meca Delgado is a dedicated public servant and equity-grounded leader with extensive experience in program management and community engagement. They have worked as a Special Projects Manager for Boulder County, overseeing strategic initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enhance behavioral health services. Previously, Meca served as the Program Manager for Boulder County Healthy Youth Alliance, where they assisted underserved communities in accessing vital resources and developed outreach programs. Meca's commitment to inclusivity is further demonstrated through their leadership roles on various boards, including the YMCA of Boulder Valley, where they co-chair the Diversity, Inclusion, and Global Committee. They hold an MPA in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.
