Amy Bellows (Drummond) has extensive experience in contract administration and real estate, currently serving as the Manager of Contract Administration at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods since September 2017. In this role, Amy oversees the Contracts & Closings department, supporting the Sales team with contract execution. Prior positions include Transaction Coordinator at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods and Jen Realty, where responsibilities encompassed managing real estate listings and ensuring smooth transactions. With a foundational background as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Diebold, Incorporated, and a Director of Operations at Ladero Land Development, LLC, Amy possesses a solid mix of marketing, operational management, and contract processing expertise. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University.
