John Alan Reynolds has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles, currently serving as a Network Technician II at NRTC since May 2022. Prior to this, John held various positions including Front Guest Services at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn and Conference Center since December 2015, and as a Technical Support Representative at PEAK Internet from April 2018 to April 2022. Experience includes coordinating academic rotations at Western University of Health Sciences, providing technical support for Lebanon School District, and working as a Field Technician at DirecTV for a decade. John holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network and System Administration from Linn-Benton Community College and a diploma in Computer Engineering from Corvallis High School.
