Rachel Luna-Victoria

Rachel Luna-Victoria has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, having worked in various roles at different companies over the years. Rachel is currently the Sr Manager of People Operations and Admin at Boulder Heavy Industries, where Rachel manages full-cycle recruiting and works with internal teams. Prior to this, Rachel held roles such as HR and Culture Manager at Rowdy Mermaid, Human Resources Manager at Left Hand Brewing Company, and HR Generalist/Recruiter at Particle Measuring Systems. Through their career, Rachel has developed strong skills in employee relations, recruitment planning, benefits management, and HR program administration. Rachel holds a BA in English Literature from The University of Georgia.
