Kathy Townsend

Kathy Townsend has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kathy began their career at Maxtor Corporation in 1992, where they held the role of Technical Writer and Software/Process Tester until 1997. Following this, they joined Seagate Technology in 1997 and served as a Program-Systems-Data Analyst and Technical Writer until 2009. In 2013, Kathy joined Micron Technology as a Principal Technician in the SSD Test Process, a role they held until 2019. Kathy then worked as a Virtual Assistant and Consultant as a Freelance writer/editor/consultant from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Kathy is working as a Customer Operations Analyst at Boulder Imaging, starting from 2021.

Kathy Townsend attended Front Range Community College from 2010 to 2013 and pursued studies in Computer Information Systems.
