Dr. Kate Bachtel is an experienced educator with a focus on gifted and special education, currently serving as the Gifted Coordinator and Special Education Teacher at Boulder Valley School District since August 2020. As the Founding Director of SoulSpark Learning, a nonprofit dedicated to the development and well-being of youth and educators, Dr. Bachtel has significantly contributed to the field since 2014. Previously, Dr. Bachtel held leadership roles such as Director at SENG and Mackintosh Academy, where efforts were directed towards empowering gifted individuals and enhancing educational frameworks.
