Dr. Scarlet Chopin

Dr. Scarlet Chopin, NBCT, serves as the Principal of Fairview High School in the Boulder Valley School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chopin was the Assistant Principal at Evergreen High School within Jeffco Public Schools from July 2018 to June 2022, and held the position of Principal Resident and Assistant Principal at East High School in Denver Public Schools from July 2015 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes working in Research and Evaluation for the Department of Defense Education Activity from September 2010 to November 2015, and serving as Faculty at Northern Arizona University from 2007 to 2015. Dr. Chopin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language & Philosophy and another in English & Business from Texas A&M University, along with a Master of Science and a Doctor of Education from Louisiana Tech University.
