In 1998, they pursued further medical training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center for one year as a PGY-1. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they enrolled in the NH Dartmouth Residency Program, specializing in Family Medicine. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a fellowship in Family Planning at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry from 2001 to 2003.
