Bill Karpovich is the Founder of CoFactor Ventures, established in February 2020, focusing on supporting cloud, cyber, and AI startups with capital and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Synaptic Advisors since August 2017, Bill leads investment initiatives in Salesforce and AI-focused cloud solutions, leveraging extensive experience in healthcare, life sciences, and the public sector. Bill is an Investor and Board Member for Dispatch, which specializes in mobile low code application development, and an investor in Early Works, an AI studio created by former Google employees. Additional roles include Board Member at Fianu, LP & Advisor at DataTribe and Inner Loop Capital, and LP at Boulder Ventures. Bill has also held the position of Investor & Board Member at Youreka, where significant value growth was achieved under their leadership. Bill Karpovich holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, alongside educational experiences at UCL and Calvert Hall College High School.
