Hannah Fehr

Hannah Fehr has a strong background in hospitality and front office operations. Hannah most recently served as the Manager of Community Operations at Mark-Taylor, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Front Office Operations at Boulders Resort & Spa starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director of Front Office at Dimension Development. In 2018, they held various roles including Front Office Manager at Hotel del Coronado and Front Office Manager-Taskforce at Paradise Point, A Destination Hotel. In previous years, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Destination Hotels-Two Roads Hospitality, a Front Office Manager-Taskforce at Double Tree by Hilton Boston, and a Front Office Supervisor and Front Desk Agent at Boulders Resort & Spa. Hannah began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hilton in 2013. Overall, Hannah brings extensive experience in leading front office teams, providing exceptional guest service, and maximizing revenue.

Hannah Fehr completed their Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Paradise Valley Community College from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Holding Yourself Accountable" and "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn in June 2022 and April 2022, respectively.
