Delphine Carter has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Delphine began their career as a Client Relations Manager for National Linen Service, where they were responsible for new business growth, customer retention, problem resolution and contract renewal. In 2002, they became an Independent Consultant providing security-consulting services worldwide to government entities. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Professional, developing new and existing business for Actos Family Products, Niaspan, and Dexilant. In 2010, they joined Daxko as a Product Manager and was later promoted to Senior Product Manager and Impact Services Director. In 2018, they became the Founder and CEO of Boulo Solutions, a company dedicated to helping working mothers find jobs and advance in their careers through technology. Delphine also worked as a Product Management Consultant for a contractor in 2019, driving execution on operations responsibilities including stakeholder and leadership negotiations, business development partnerships, product marketing, cost scoping and team development and training.
Delphine Carter's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Auburn University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1996. Delphine then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University. Before that, they attended Shorecrest Preparatory School from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, Satmetrix, Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI), Scrum@Scale, and the Women's Foundation of Alabama.
