Manon Gagnon has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service within the financial services industry, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Case Coordinator at Boulos Financial Group inc. since March 2020, Gagnon previously held roles at Manulife Financial as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where responsibilities included auditing communication, managing call quality, and contributing to business process design. Prior to that, Gagnon spent nearly 20 years at Standard Life, progressing from a Customer Service Specialist to a Senior Quality Analyst, focusing on evaluating performance, coaching representatives, and enhancing service quality. Earlier in the career, Gagnon began as a Customer Service Specialist at The Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada. Gagnon's educational background includes a high school leaving certificate in Business Administration and Management.
