Naima Anton

Naima Anton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Naima is currently working at Bound as the Head of Delivery, where they have been leading a delivery team since July 2023. Prior to Bound, Naima held the role of Team Lead - Delivery at the same company from July 2022 until September 2023. Before joining Bound, they worked at Pepperstone as the Acting Head of Portfolio Management and as a Senior Delivery Lead. Naima has also worked at eNett International as a Delivery Lead and an IT Project Manager. Naima began their career at Dsigns Australia as an Account Manager, where they managed a team of designers and played a key role in generating new business. Naima also had a brief role as a Data Entry Operator at Student Services Australia.

Naima Anton completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from RMIT University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the Lahore School of Economics between 2011 and 2015. In addition, Naima obtained certifications in Leading and Working in Teams from LinkedIn in 2019, Project Management: Solving Common Project Problems from LinkedIn in 2018, and became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
