Leslie Ramsey

Leslie Ramsey is currently working at Scooter's Coffee as the Senior Director of HR Operations. Leslie previously worked at Target for over a decade, starting as a Store Director and later moving up to the role of HR Business Partner. Leslie's experience includes managing large teams, analyzing operational metrics, and developing talent within the organization. Leslie also has experience in opening new stores and improving processes to drive profitability. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, Leslie brings a strong background in communication and leadership to the HR field.
