Tracy Bouwens

Tracy Bouwens is an experienced entrepreneur with a focus on social responsibility and community impact. As Franchise Owner and President at Freedom Enterprises, LLC dba Scooter's Coffee from March 2003 to May 2014, Tracy operated multiple locations while championing initiatives against modern slavery, trafficking, and advocating for women's safety globally. Following this, Tracy served as Director of Franchise Operations, Franchise Owner, and Area Developer for Culaccino Coffee Company from November 2018 to December 2021, furthering expertise in franchise development and operational management. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, earned in May 1992.
