Ann Walker Souza

Ann Walker Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ann is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Boundless Immigration since May 2021. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director in Natoora from February 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Interim COO at On Purpose from May 2018 to November 2018. Ann also co-founded On Purpose's first international branch in Paris from September 2014 to April 2018, where they handled finance, operations, HR, and the delivery of the Associate Programme.
