Bueno Ozoa has been working in the field of training and quality management since 1992. Starting as a Technical Training Specialist at the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE) Technical Institute, Inc., they then moved to Don Bosco Technology Center in 1997, where they held the same role. In 2003, they joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, where they held the roles of Sr. Training Specialist, Training and Quality Manager, Training Specialist, Product Trainer, and Technical Support Representative. In 2015, they moved to Conduent, where they were a Customer Care Trainer. From there, they moved to RapidVisa in 2019, where they were a Training and Quality Manager. Most recently, they have been a Training and Quality Manager at Boundless Immigration since 2020.
Bueno Ozoa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of San Carlos between 1997 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Technology/Technician degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
