Malgorzata Raczynska

Malgorzata Raczynska has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Malgorzata started their career as a Talent Agent Assistant at Kammeroper Köln in 2011, where they performed administrative duties and assisted in drafting employment agreements. Malgorzata then worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Hörmann, where they coordinated communication with candidates and scheduled interviews.

In 2012, Raczynska joined ZF Group as a Travel & Expense Specialist, where they coordinated the transition of T&E processes between different teams and established procedures for auditing expense reports. Malgorzata then worked at NGA Human Resources as an HR & Payroll Advisor, where they performed HR processes and ensured compliance with labor laws.
