Erin Aldrich Salibo

Erin Aldrich Salibo is a dynamic sales professional with extensive experience in both self-publishing and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager and Sales Team Lead at Boundless Immigration since August 2022, Erin previously held roles as Sales Supervisor and Publishing Sales Consultant at Author Solutions, LLC from July 2012 to August 2022, where responsibilities included assisting authors with the publishing process and identifying suitable programs and platforms. Earlier experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, focusing on escalations and customer education for SiriusXM accounts. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Misamis University, obtained in 2010, and completed high school at La Salle University - Ozamiz in 2005.
