Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and close to 100 team members of different nationalities.  

We’ll be opening in Punta del Este, Uruguay in 2025, and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world.

🙌The role

Boundless Education is transforming current systems of education. Our educational concept empowers all children to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world to create a personalised, multi-age, skills-driven and strength-based system that is supportively led by educators as mentors. 

This is a full-time position. We are looking for Primary Years Lead Educators to join our Pathfinders program, designed for students in the following age groups 6-7 & 8-9 in La Barra, Punta del Este, Uruguay.

A key responsibility of our educators is the duty of care they provide for our explorers in all areas. Learning opportunities happen all the time and our educators are responsible for actively facilitating these opportunities. The educators coach our explorers through phases of interdisciplinary units of learning, guiding and monitoring their progress along personal learning pathways.

🫶About you

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum three years of full-time classroom experience
• Excellent English language skills
• Live in Punta del Este or close to 'La Barra' in order to commute daily.
• Experience with inquiry-based educational programs and collaborative teams
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse learners
• Special needs expertise is a great plus
• Knowledge of child safety, psychological needs, research-supported instructional techniques, and assessment strategies
• Collaborative planning and management of engaging learning experiences
• Clear and effective communicator
• Problem-solver in ambiguous environments
