It creates a complete "live abroad" immersive experience for families looking to get the most out of what the digital age and the world can offer.

Through kid-friendly lodging and a forward-thinking education program that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless Life brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and positively impacting their lives and the world.

Since founding in 2021, we have quickly grown to 6 locations across two continents and more than 100 team members of different nationalities. 

We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace, and we’ll be opening 2 new locations in 2025. We have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world.

🙌 The role

As the Social Media Manager at Boundless Life, you will play a key role in inspiring families to live, work, and learn around the world. You will manage and grow Boundless Life’s presence across multiple social media platforms, with Instagram as the primary channel. You’ll create and execute social strategies, build influencer partnerships, and analyze metrics to drive community growth and engagement. Your creativity and passion for remote work and global living will help spread Boundless Life’s mission to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement Strategy: Create and execute a data-driven social media strategy to grow engagement and reach across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Influencer Program Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify Boundless Life’s reach and align with brand values.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track social media KPIs and provide regular performance reports, using data insights to optimize content and strategies.
  • Brand Storytelling: Showcase Boundless Life’s destinations, community, and education programs through compelling visual and written narratives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, education, and operations teams to align content with broader company goals.

Your success will be measured by:

  • Growth in followers, engagement, and reach across social channels.
  • Increased website traffic and leads from social media.
  • Successful influencer campaigns and partnerships.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing social media, with a strong track record of growth and engagement.
  • Creative Thinking & Storytelling: Ability to craft strategies that align with company goals and create compelling content that resonates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics platforms.
  • Content Creation: Video editing skills for creating reels and stories.
  • Content Strategy: Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Influencer Management: Experience in identifying and nurturing influencer relationships.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for remote work, global living, and supporting families in pursuing adventurous lifestyles.
