Pralad Rao

Pralad Rao is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program delivery and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Delivery at Bounteous since March 2022, Pralad oversees a team of over 30 professionals, manages a substantial account portfolio exceeding $75M, and leads the deployment of proprietary SaaS products. Prior roles include Head of Delivery at Architech, where Pralad focused on enhancing Agile methodologies and project performance, and Vice President of Delivery at ICF International, responsible for the Canadian project portfolio and several U.S. initiatives. With a strong educational background including a Post Graduate Certificate in Interactive Multimedia and a BA in Fine Arts, Pralad has also contributed to the development of project management education as an instructor at ICA Canada.
