Shipra Choudhury

Shipra Choudhury is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Bounteous since July 2025, Shipra previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Coastr from April 2022 to June 2025, and acted as Director of HR at Aurigo Software Technologies from June 2019 to April 2022, overseeing talent acquisition and culture initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership roles at TEKsystems, Accolite India, Flipkart.com, Target, and GE, where Shipra specialized in recruiting and human resources management.
