Lisa Nadeau

Lisa Nadeau currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at The TJX Companies, Inc., leading a dedicated team in hiring efforts since April 2019. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 2010 to April 2019, culminating in the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition for multiple business units, managing a large recruitment team, and promoting innovative recruitment strategies. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Winter, Wyman, & Company, and a Program Manager position at PAN Communications, along with a background in recruitment management at Concentra. Lisa earned a degree from Mount Washington College between 1993 and 1997.
