René (BAdminHons, Industrial Psychology) joined Bounty Brands in 2017 as HR Manager: Talent and was promoted to HR Executive in January 2020. She is responsible for the entire HR function for the Group. René previously worked for RCS as Head of Talent and prior to that worked at TFG for 12 years in a number of positions, including HR Manager: Recruitment & Assessments and HR Manager: Operations.
