Erica Reed

Erica Reed serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Bourbon Orleans Hotel since November 2025. Prior to this role, Erica had an extensive tenure at Aimbridge Hospitality, progressing through various positions including Assistant Area Director of Sales, Area Sales Manager, and Sales Manager from February 2022 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as the Marketing/Admissions Director at Good Samaritan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center from 2020 to 2022 and as a Sales Coordinator at The Jung Hotel & Residences in 2019. Erica holds a Master's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Nicholls State University.
