Matthew Baldwin

Matthew Baldwin is an experienced professional in real estate development and project coordination. Currently serving as a Development Integrator at Bourn Companies since July 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Lead Project Coordinator at Baldwin Brothers, Inc. from June 2016 to August 2021. Matthew earned a Master's degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver, completing studies in December 2022, and holds a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where education was completed in 2021.
